1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the app under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Acheli only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Your account
Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your device and Apple account secure.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Acheli for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
4. App features
Acheli may allow you to:
- import boarding passes and travel details
- create and organize flights, road trips, collections, and visited places
- generate AI summaries, travel chat replies, and story visuals
- save stories and sync supported data through your account
- access premium features, subscriptions, and token-based tools
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
5. AI and informational content
Acheli provides travel suggestions, summaries, generated images, and related outputs for informational and creative purposes only. These outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important details, including schedules, prices, entry rules, weather, road charges, tolls, vignette requirements, and availability through official sources before acting on them.

6. User content
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, or store in Acheli, including photos, notes, travel details, and AI prompts. You agree not to use Acheli to upload or process unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or misleading content.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use any content you upload or import.
7. Purchases, subscriptions, and tokens
Acheli may offer:
- auto-renewable subscriptions
- consumable token purchases
- premium templates and premium AI features
Apple processes in-app purchases. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account-level purchase management are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Unless required by law or Apple policy:
- purchases are non-refundable
- tokens have no cash value
- tokens are non-transferable
- unused tokens may be lost if required by platform rules, fraud prevention, or account removal
Deleting your Acheli account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must manage subscriptions through your Apple account.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that Acheli or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may depend on third-party services, network availability, platform services, or regional limitations.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Acheli if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, abuse AI or payment systems, or create risk for other users, the platform, or our services.
You may stop using Acheli at any time. If you signed in, you may also delete your account from within the app.
10. Intellectual property
Acheli, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit Acheli except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Acheli is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, travel opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Acheli.
