These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Acheli Mood Tracker (“Acheli”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use this app in your region. The app is not intended for children under 13.

2. Service Description

Acheli provides mood tracking, analytics, social sharing options, and AI-powered reflection tools.

3. No Medical Advice

Acheli and its AI features are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

4. User Content

You are responsible for content you create or share (entries, notes, photos, reactions). Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Accounts

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device/account secure.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions and token packs are processed by Apple In-App Purchases.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Prices may vary by region/currency and are shown in App Store at purchase time.

7. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with app services.
• Using the app in ways that violate laws or third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, violations, or security reasons.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
